PIASA leads members through change
PIASA is taking the initiative to lead and assist member companies to embrace transformation, gearing for sustainable, long-term growth in the industry. As a group we are moving forward by:
  • Creating an environment to encourage change
  • Mentoring our members on the transformation process
  • Helping to build capacity
  • Identifying actionable steps for member companies.
Regular workshops are held to give members a better understanding of the empowerment scorecard and the various opportunities resulting from empowerment that may not currently be recognized. These workshops have outlined vital issues for those responsible for their B-BBEE transformation process in their respective companies.

Members' strengths and weaknesses are addressed and appropriate interventions sought. We are further assisting members to prepare for a rating or pre-assessment, through providing the education, contacts and tools they need.

Our members have shown enthusiasm and dedication for Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) and its attendant initiatives.
